Graffiti tag on trash can located NE corner of property (visible from Dunlavy near parking lot entrance). Construction has seemingly been abandoned, no visible progress. Owner failure to comply with COH Ord. Sec 10-540 XIV ARTICLE XIV. - ABATEMENT OF UNAUTHORIZED VISUAL BLIGHT.

Yard is not maintained with weeds well in excess of 9 inches. Violates COH Ord. Sec.10-451(b)(10) which probibits "the existence of weeds" defined as "all rank and uncultivated vegetable growth or matter which has grown to more than nine inches in height ...

Accumulation of water around water meter, possibly due to a leak, full of mosquitoes. Also yard is not maintained with grass well in excess of 9 inches. 

Violates COH Ord. Sec.10-451(b)(10) which probibits "the existence of weeds" defined as "all rank and uncultivated vegetable growth or matter which has grown to more than nine inches in height ..."; as well as "holes" that can "hold stagnant water ... liable to cause disease or produce, harbor, or spread disease germs of any nature or tend to render the surrounding atmosphere unhealthy, unwholesome, or obnoxious."

1 Block from Lanier Middle School -- many students have to walk by this every day.

Yard is not maintained with grass and weeds well in excess of 9 inches. Trash bins reguarly left at curb after pickup day and always left visible from sidewalk.

Violates COH Ord. Sec. 39-62(g) requiring trash container to be stored "in a secure place where it will not be visible to a person standing in the right-of-way of any public street adjacent to the property where the equipment is used ..." 

Violates COH Ord. Sec.39-65(e): "unlawful to ... allow to remain any materials at the curbline on a designated collection day after department collection service personnel have passed the site for that day"
