Notified About

  • Forest Avenue Ext Framingham Massachusetts - Framingham

There is no speed limit posted on Forest Avenue Ext. Therefore the speed limit reverts back to that of the MA statute for unmarked streets which would be 30MPH for this road. The road is 1/8 of a mile and has a sharp 90 turn at the end. It would be very hard to get up to 30 MPH, but people tend to drive at an unsafe speed. There are many children in this neighborhood. Additionally, people tend to use this as a cut through from Warren Road to Walnut Street during rush hour.

Can you please perform a speed study and determine what the appropriate speed for this road shall be. It doesn't make sense that Warren Road has a lower speed limit than Forest Ave Ext.

  • Loitering Drinking Acknowledged
20 Irving Street Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
There is a constant loitering issue at the end of Irving and Hollis Street. Today there was over 15-20 people just hanging out with open drinking. Not to mention most are doped up on Heroine! When is the police going to put a stop to it?! It’s been going on for far too long, time to clean it up!!!
  • 81-83 Warren Rd Framingham, MA 01702, USA - Framingham
Can you please monitor the speed on Warren Ave. People tend to speed down this road at a much higher rate of speed than is posted. (Especially Motorcyclists) Seeing that a school is nearby this could pose a serious threat to the children.

When a yard sale is every sat-sun AND every summer AND for multiple years.

Is the zoning allowing for a business entity to operate here and with no tax advantage for the city? Is this a zoning issue?

It doesn’t bother me per se. but as we try to add value and beautify our city- allowing zoning issues to continue without enforcement. Allowing a perpetual yard sale-may bring down property values.

  • 1-57 Nicholas Road Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
It is absolutely absurd that Framingham is allowing a traveling zoo to be set up in a PARKING LOT of a somewhat bust plaza. My concern is for the welfare of these poor animals. The conditions are deplorable and I am incredibly upset that a town that prides itself on being green and animal friendly would allow this "zoo" to be set up in a parking lot or even at all. The people running it clearly have no compassion for these animals as they were left out ALL NIGHT on concrete in a THUNDERSTORM. It truly is enough to make me move away of Framingham. It horrible and disgusting ... CAMELS should not be sitting on the side of the road in some crappy tent on concrete. Absolutely terrible, I expect more and better from Framingham and I sincerely hope that those poor animals make there way to a sanctuary and no longer part of a horrible roadside "zoo." I never want to see anything like that again. EVER.
  • 150 Fenwick Street Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
Someone keeps attaching extra signs to the stop sign at the corner of Fenwick (northbound) at the intersection of Central and Haynes. There is an extra arrow and now a children playing sign. It's distracting and likely to cause an accident. Can this be corrected? Thank you.
  • Other Archived
115 Grant Street Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
People are parking illegally on the wrong side of the street daily. On an already busy street it is making it more dangerous for residents and for people driving down the street as it decreases the road size.
  • 415 Waverly St Framingham, MA 01702, USA - Framingham
There is used syringe next to the walkway at the train station. It is outside of the depot restaurant on the north side near where people walk across the tracks.
  • Arlington Street Basketball Arlington Street, Framingham, MA 01702, United States of America - Framingham
The frequent use of this park for overnight parties (i.e. alcohol and drug use) leaves this park dangerous for the neighborhood children. Nips, bottles, syringes, and trash litter this park. Over night this park needs to be cleared of the people who use this park in this way. Adding some signage that the park is closed at dusk could give the town some leverage to move people away overnight. More photos in the comments.
  • 78 Nicholas Rd Framingham 01701 United States - Framingham
I am a resident of one of the town homes on Nicholas Road in Framingham. 78A-B. We live across from an apartment complex. There is ample parking in the complex. They consistently park on the street in front of our homes. We have asked them to not park there but they will not listen. They block our view to get out. Our mailman won’t deliver to us. We have problems getting our trash picked up because they block our spots to put it. With their apartment comes plenty of parking. This is getting to be absurd. We need help because we are not sure what to do.
