  • Citrus Dr And U S 19 Palm Harbor, Florida - Palm Harbor
The Boat store on the corner continuously parks big trailers and boats and trucks on Citrus DR. There are several NO PARKING ANY TIME signs posted but they are ignored and the street being so narrow cars have to go into oncoming traffic to get around them. It is dangerous beingat the corner ofo US 19
with people coming out of the gas station to beat the light, I was almost broad sided a few times. The police have been called several times and it clears for a while but goes back to the same old same old a few days later. Some one will be killed if this keeps up.

  • Us 19 And Sly Fox Run Palm Harbor, Florida - Palm Harbor
The unfinished/abandoned office building at US 19 and Sly Fox Run has become a dumping ground of yard waste, construction waste and furniture. Today there was a homeless man sleeping on a dumped sofa, and there was a garbage bag of rotting chickens (@#$% fighting waste?) Something needs to be done before the problem is no longer managable.
  • 520 Fernshire Dr Palm Harbor, Florida - Palm Harbor
A dead tree limb is hanging dangerously in this yard. Also-there are multiple other issues which I have reported to our HOA as have others. They say they have placed a lean on his property and there is nothing else they can do. Trees are out of control- hole in front of house. We have had rats in our yard which may be coming from his property. Everything is disheveled and filthy. I can't understand why we have to tolerate this situation any longer. My opinion: Larry needs mental assistance and is living in unsafe conditions. Our property across the street is devalued and this disaster has been going on for years. Is there nothing that anyone can do to make things BETTER? Fining him doesn't help the rest of us. Thank you. Carole Bratteig

  • 4920 Harbor Woods Dr Palm Harbor, FL, 34683, USA - Palm Harbor
Harbor Woods has a retention pond and ditch (swale) inside the subdivision, with miter end openings in two places (near the pond and ditch) which are clogged with dirt and debris.
We would appreciate if the County could please clean and remove the debris INSIDE and AROUND the openings so rain water does not back up and flood our neighborhood.
Thank you in advance for your help.

This home has been abandoned since 2008 or sooner. It is literally falling down. The grass is high and needs to be cut. I'm concerned with the loose boards, etc. being a major projectile in a bad storm. This is an dangerous eyesore in the neighborhood that we've looked at for too long!!! Thank-you!
