Front porch has fallen into dissaray, screens are all messed up, also storing stuff on front porch as well, lot of other things wrong with this property as well, just too many to list. Its just ashamed that homeowners are allowed to let properties get this dilapidated, all it does is lower evryones surrounding home values drastically
I had 4 inches… Think about that, 4 tiny inches… Of overgrowth onto my right away sidewalk. I was given 10 days to clear it and when I didn’t I got a $100 fine. After clearing it I notified the city that now there was a trip hazard with their sidewalk. That was 18 days ago! Does the city now get $100 fine from the citizens??? Why do citizens only get 10 days to fix something as silly as overgrowth before we get fined $100 or more, yet the city has unlimited time to fix something that could result in somebody literally breaking their neck??!! (of course you will just send this on to the city but why don’t you for once actually answer the question I mean you are the MAYORS office ??? )
This is a rental property. Rental properties require all windows have screens and windows that open and close. In addition there’s peeling paint and lots of other code violations that’s not up to me to describe to the Code Officer.
Bug bags of cans piled up against the fence in the back side of the house, cans are attaching roaches and other bugs. Would like to see a permanent fix to this problem as it been reoccurring, all they ever do is constantly move them around instead of cleaning up the garbage
North east corner of 14th Ave., South and 5th St., South. Once again as is customary for this lady in the 30 years she’s lived here… She will not maintain anything unless you give her a violation I can’t even imagine the cost to taxpayers in paying the code officer all these years! Please have her expose her curb like the rest of us have to do.
