Dangerous dog on premise, it is permanently kept loosely tethered in carport and breaks loose frequently. Children also let it loose to play in street. It is a dangerous dog. Over the weekend, it was loose (while owners not at home) all day and attacked person walking down street multiple times!! Police were notified. Was roaming in neighboring yards. It has been witnessed charging into street attacking dogs (who are being walked on leashes) multiple times, and has been reported previously. The owners have done nothing to correct the issue! This dog is a hazard to every person and pet nearby, because it slips out of its tether easily and frequently...and it is a vicious dog that immediately runs at and attacks anyone or any animal it sees! Please speak to owners about containing dog in a safe manner.

Two recycling containers, placed at corner of building facing 46th St S. Recycling route is on 46th St S, but address is 1725 Scranton. Occupants refuse to place cans by curb for pickup. Cans have been overflowing for many months, to the point that lids cannot close and items are spilling into yard, right-of-way, and streets! They have never been placed at curb by current tenants; cans remain in same position getting fuller because they are never emptied.

Black dog (see photo) loose again today, was attacking person and dogs walking by. Animal control has been contacted multiple times by various neighbors who have been attacked by these dogs; but Animal Control is not acting on the issue because they are requiring notarized affidavits (and the people reporting the issue on the phone are not being told that they must sign an affidavit before the vicious dogs will be handled). One POLICE REPORT has been filed due to dog attacking a PERSON in the street! The owner is AT HOME many of the times (as they were today) and is AWARE that the dogs are loose and attacking people/pets, but they do not step in to stop the situation when it happens! Human and animal lives are at danger, and the neighbors are frightened. This is a continual threat, the dogs are allowed to be loose. Please require a solution!!
