Daily, the occupants of this rental property , and their customers, park in the street. They drink in the street, smoke in the street, fight in the street, have their kids in the street, and do their business in the street. If you are going to buy and sell people and products they should do it in their house.

In short, I think a no parking on this side sign needs to be installed. People race down our street just so they don’t have to wait. Sometimes people honk their horns because they don’t care they are taking up the street. Many of the home owners around this area agree, that the renters need to respect the street, or they need to be addressed.

Is there paperwork I can submit to get the no parking on this side installed? Because I know a whole street that would sign it. It would probably cut back on the calls to the police too.

On the North Side of the Pinellas Trail between 37th and 40th Streets South, great work was done to clean out the water run-off area. Debris, dead trees and shrubs were removed and replaced with beautiful sections of green sod. NO ONE has come back to keep it watered. How much did that cost the taxpayers? Can we save this?

2 overflowing recycling containers (which create huge litter issue) never placed by curb for pick-up. Continual issue which has been previously reported. Cans sit against north side of house, which faces onto 46th St South (although mailing address is Scranton). This is an apartment building with multiple tenants in place. They also have issue with never placing 4 overflowing trash containers by street for pickup. Creates massive amounts of litter spreading in neighborhood, as well as creating eyesore.

The trash receptacle behind our house has the lid broken off, it is attracted raccoons rats and stray cats, not to mention stinking very badly. Other people have complained the city has promised to fix the can, but two weeks in the can is still broken! Please send someone out to fix this garbage can!

The trash receptacle is in the alley behind 4301 Emerson Ave. S.

This house has been vacant for 4+ years; recently was purchased and an Eviction notice provided for squatters. The yard has not been kept up at all, and is growing more than waist high. This includes not only the full lot, but also the city-owned right-of-way!
