There is a large pothole in front of 438. People driving on that side are swerving into the opposite lane to avoid it. When people come flying around the corner In the opposite lane, this could result in a head on collision.

Uncontainerized yard waste is overflowing onto Watergap Drive from this residence. It's also collecting litter that blows into neighboring yards
