Pothole near 3400 Overlook Dr NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33703 just to the east of the bridge before St Raphael's Church. There is a rather large irregular shaped pothole on the right side of the lane on the westbound approach to said bridge that is treacherous to bicycling. If cyclist is avoiding road debris on the shoulder/bike lane the pothole is seen unexpectedly. Also, the roadway begins to narrow there so the cyclist needs to pay attention & merge with traffic.
There is excessive speeding along the stretch of 50th Ave N between 16th & 19th St N. This area also lacks sidewalks. Please look into adding speed tables to slow the traffic down and adding sidewalks as this stretch of 50th Ave N has a high number of child pedestrians.
This house has been in foreclosure for over 5 years. A year ago the bank put a tarp on the roof but the tarp is now ripped and billows in the wind where it isn't completely deteriorated. The yard if overgrown and there is trash up on the front porch.
Please, please, please.... this is a neighborhood road with lots of elementary school age children that people use as a Thruway to avoid 16th Street stop sign. At times people are going 30 plus miles an hour down this road. In the mornings, to avoid the school crossing zone on 16th Street, people are using this as the through road. We have requested numerous occasions this road looked at the possibility of installing speed humps. Please have somebody to review the traffic calming on this section thank you
I've lived here now 2 years and the speeding traffic cutting from 4th to 83rd Ave N through Riverside Dr N and vice versa has increased exponentially. I notice tons of walkers, bikers and strollers coming down the road daily so speeding cars are a HUGE problem. Why is there not some sort of speed humps or traffic calmin devices on this street to prevent the excess speed? Also, it is known issue that speeding on 83rd Ave N/NE is reoccurring problem. With the new park that has been constructed measures need to be taken to prevent speeding and excess traffice from Gandy and 4th from even entering this area. It is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured.

The foreclosed house at 5810 Denver St is flooded all around, including the sidewalk. This is flooding the left side of my house!!!
This property is dangerous as the roof is collapsing, weeds are overgrown, junk is everywhere, garbage stinks in the driveway, and the green pool has fish and frogs. Please, asap, get this property drained and cleaned up. The gates are open and this place is dangerous!!!! Please do something immediately!
The travel trailer at 12143 88th avenue has sat in their yard for almost a year now and is nothing more than a disgusting lawn decoration now. It has only moved 3-4 times when asked by county code or county police because it was (and still is) in violation of county ordinance. When will fines be issued and rules be carried out and completely followed? How long does this need to continue? Will we, the neighbors, need to attend county meetings to address this issue because this complaint website is certainly not effective? We can see all the complaints and the same scenario continues and nothing is done to fix issue. Numerous people have complained and commented on this inoperable empty travel trailer using this website. There is an county ordinance (122-36.5. Parking restrictions in residential areas) that must be followed. What is they point of having ordinances if they are not enforced to their fullest? If something is not done this last time we will need to bring this up to higher in command to resolve this issue. As you know by the history, first, the trailer sat on county property, on right of way (county problem so county code people apparently told them to move it) so resident moved it to front yard diagonally behind tree after been spoken to. Again, this violated county ordinance. Afterwards, when the resident moved in yard diagonally (different problem of county and addressed by different code personnel) they then moved to driveway but it's too long (some of problem of county and passed on with sherif department). Now it sits AGAIN in the middle of the front yard diagonally in front of tree on front yard not in driveway violating more and same ordinances. Come on people, read the history on this travel trailer and this resident! Can the county and sheriffs departments bring a tape measurements device to the resident and inform them of how this travel trailer can not fit on their property in their front yard? This is a disgrace! This has been well over 3/4 of a year with the music chairs of this trailer around their front property. This is a joke! It will not fit in their front yard, PERIOD. Can the county code and sheriffs departments do something and continue to follow-up and follow-up until it is removed or not violating any ordinances? We as neighbors are sick of looking at this trash! I, for one, am looking to list my house and property on the street and will not get the best representation of my beautiful neighbor with this travel trailer sitting as an unattractive oversized lawn ornament!
