Why is the country clearing away all of the native natural Florida habitat and vegetation on the west side of 141st st n in Seminole. This is not right. There is no where for the water to go now and is standing in a huge ditch. Also, it looks terrible and is full view to an ugly retention pond that no one on this road wants to look at. Why were no neighbors notified about this work?? The county is out doing this right NOW. Please have this halted.

The alley behind this house is covered with trash.
  • 101 40th Ave Ne Saint Petersburg, Florida - North East Park Neighborhood Association
This property was recently sold. The new property owners are operating a business out of this home. It is zoned residential, and is a residential neighborhood; this usage is forbidden. They even have a sign up for the business (image attached). I am worried that they will not stop, since they evidently bought the property for the sole intention of using it for commercial purposes.

Series of lights timed so poorly that intersections clog up and cars at green lights cannot move forward since light 400 ft away is red, etc.
  • 4902 9th St N Saint Petersburg, Florida - Euclid Heights Neighborhood Association

Hello, there were recently repairs done to the sidewalks surrounding my home on the NW corner of 9th St N and 49th Ave N. I appreciate the repairs, however, I have a couple of issues. On the N side of 49th Ave N, my yard has concrete curbs (curb may not be the right terminology) about 9" tall between the sidewalk and yard because the yard is elevated above the sidewalk. The west-most piece of this curb was cracked prior to any work on the sidewalk, but most of the pieces were hauled away with the old sidewalk, leaving about a 5' area where the dirt from the yard will now start eroding across the sidewalk and into the street.

On the MLK side the new sidewalk looks great, but the pitch tilts toward my yard instead of toward the street, so when it rains there are now pools of water gathering between the sidewalk and the concrete barriers that separate my yard from it. And hard rain causes garbage to wash up and gather there. You can see in the attached photo that pools of water are gathering only on the new squares of sidewalk.

Please let me know what can be done about these issues.

  • 5400 104th Way Seminole, FL 33772, USA - Commission District 6
The house at 5400 104th way N has a dilapidated "party bus" sitting in the front along the street. It moves MAYBE every 6 months to another spot in their yard. This bus needs to be kept at a proper location not in a neighborhood! The bus was white and now it is turning green. You can see where it sits in the yard as there are spots in the dirt where the tires have sunk.

  • 5310 18th St Ne Saint Petersburg, Florida - Shore Acres Civic Association
I posted this issue over 6 months ago and haven't had any help. The storm drain in front of our property drains under a city easement and dumps into a pool of water that should drain into the mangroves but does not. It collects water and is a danger to neighborhood children. Please help. Thanks!
