House abandoned and not being maintained. Renters moved out months ago—no one is living here. Back yard over grown and covered with junk and cars. The renters still haven’t cleaned up junk in back yard from Hurricane Irma. It is because of all the junk in their yard that a lot of neighbors lost their fences during the hurricane as the junk became flying projectiles. Paint peeling off house is a lead paint heath concern due to house being built in 1956. Owner never comes by and is not maintaining the house at all. This house is a rodent and mosquito haven. Please do something as neighbors are very frustrated.

have seen cars and small truck going in and out of the western side yard so may be parking behind the home. Western side yard is nothing but dirt and looks very unkempt.

There is a Grey car left on the side of the ditch. It has been there for over a week. The tag says it expired in 2014, I think.

This is a rental property that is not being properly cared for. The grass is high, the vegetation is very overgrown, etc. Worried about the rat population.

Yard needs mowing

Tree Brush dumped in the canal area across from 1000 Farragut Dr. Noticed their landscaper working in the yard yesterday morning.

There are some guys from the property management company that claim to be unlicensed that are doing Plumbing work. I just watched them remove a water heater and they have power tools with electric running to them out in the walkways where the children that live here play. It is past Dean and DeWitt work hours yet these guys are here illegally doing a renovation and remodel on apartment number 18. I find it very concerning that there is a list of similar reports at this address. That being said I would certainly hope there is something as far as investigation going on. High grass. Stray cats making homes in the backyard. This owner of the house lives out of state and has not been back in two years. Renters moved out two months ago and neighbors like to randomly park three or more cars at the empty residence frequency.
