At a rear unit there is random items regarding construction outside at the property as if there is construction going on.

This is a rental property. Rental properties require all windows have screens and windows that open and close. In addition there’s peeling paint and lots of other code violations that’s not up to me to describe to the Code Officer.

the alley between 8th and highland between newtown and 14th ave need blading /smoothing

Empty lot has become a dumping site. Debris and furniture that has been discarded in the lot is spilling over into the alley. Several furniture pieces are in the lot and alley.

TRASH Cans left by curb...AGAIN I walk my dogs and they are rodents around the trash cans. What else Can I DO??? And again homeless digging through bins!!!! I have asked time and time again....PLEASE I am begging to get this resolved. Thank you.

A jungle! Since the owner Kevin Farrow would not mow his property the city came and did it today and they did a wonderful job, now we need to see if we can get the owner Kevin Farrow to come and cut the overgrowth!

Trash all over this neglected lot - brush / trees / grass / trash

Deep, wide and long potholes cause flat tires as well as large pools of water when it rains. Causing unnecessary flooding and soil erosion.

Dumping in lot next to premise. Couch out in the empty lot.

Grass over 10 inches high AND curb needs to be cleared.
