We need to have crossing east and west on this --it is right in front of the fire station --there are not even ramps to access east and west . HUGE crossing concerns --they need to be addressed some than later --it is impossible to cross forth street and NO we will not walk to 30th or 22nd --those are unsafe and out of the way of the fire station
Residents keep piles of junk on front porch for yard sales. They also park a large trailer and an old ambulance in front of the house that they use to cart the junk back and forth in. They seem to be having a continuous yard sale all week and weekend long.
3 trucks and what appears to be a commercial fishing vessel parked out back. Equipment in yard for large quantity of fish storage. One truck filled with junk and not moved in a week or so. General eyesore in the back
The turn lanes on 9th St at 30th Ave N have full green lights during the light sequence. There is not an actual turn signal and it is confusing because the turn lane has a full green light indicating you have a right of way.
We have been requesting for months the man hole cover be fixed in the intersection of MLK and 22nd Ave N. The cover makes an extremely loud noise when every vehicle crosses over. It's difficult to sleep at night and is a nuisance in throughout the day when working on the phone. If I recorded this noise and played it at your desk all day long you would probably shoot me! It sounds similar to banging a hammer as hard as you could on a piece of metal. Not the best noise to fall asleep to either. I know many don't think this is a big deal unless they are the ones that have to hear it all day and night (through impact windows). The cover eventually kept popping up and coming off causing the city to call in police officers to guard it and redirect traffic on multiple occasions so no one got hurt. After a recent excavation and repair the cover is still not fastened properly and making an extremely loud noise in addition to the one located in front of 860 22nd Ave. N. It appears as though it's not level or fastened properly. Can you PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do something to fix this?
Ace Hardware is amassing a sizable amount of rubbish in their parking lot...yet again. I understand having products they sell on display but a lot of what is currently there is old broken display racks and other trash.
