New home has a fence that blocks visibility triangle. Kids can ride a tricycle out in alley and not be seen by approaching vehicles or city vehicles. This ally has a high amount of traffic and current residents do use the garage so there is plenty of traffic at present time.
The work site piling trash in a 3 walled enclosure and not disposing of it. It is open to the neighborhood and has been there for weeks. We would appreciate if they would put it in a garbage bin or clean it up.
We live in a residential neighborhood on 15th Street, just behind a rehabilitation center (1301 16th St. N). We were all woken up by their 6 AM trash collection this morning. You've helped us with this issue previously; after two previous SeeClickFix requests, we saw collection times improve greatly (they moved to around 7). However, pick-up has been creeping up earlier and earlier again in recent weeks, and now it's back to 6 AM. It's so loud... it honestly sounds like they're tossing the dumpsters around. Please help. Thank you!
Per the St. Pete Permit department, no permit was pulled for the installation of fence on this property. Also, the resident has installed a wooden structure attached to the back garage with NO permit and installed a patio with no permit. The tarp attached to the side of the house and fence also had no permit. Per the City of St. Petersburg, no permits have been issued on this property since the 1960's. The neighbors would like an explanation as to how the resident is able to build, add, etc without permits from the city. Thank you
Abandoned house falling apart. Windows out, wood rotting, screens torn, glass broken. House is ripe for drug infestation. It looks as though it should be condemned. It should be torn down immediately or fixed. This house has been an eyesore for the neighborhood for a long time. Has been abandoned for months.
