Notified About

  • 1358 20th Avenue North Saint Petersburg, Florida - Euclid-St Paul Neighborhood Association
Hello. I live near the intersection of 14th Street North and 20th Avenue North. People are constantly illegally parking in the "no parking" area in front of the stop sign on 20th Avenue North. They are using this spot to pick up kids at the school. Not only are they parking too close to the stop sign, blocking it and the crosswalk from view, they are also parking facing the wrong direction. Did I mention this is a school zone and they are doing this during school hours??? One car pulls out and another pulls in....again and again. I told one violator in a white Lexus and she flipped me off, continuing to park there. Here's one of many photos from yesterday. I would upload more but do not know how to do it. Please help before someone gets run over. Thanks.

After the gas company replaced subterranean gas lines to homes in the alley between 16th-17th Ave N and between 12th-14th St N, settling has occurred, moreso on the Western end of the alley. There is a very deep pothole on the right side as you approach 14th St. The area needs filling, grading, mainly from the halfway point of the alley and westward. Thank you! These cars have been sitting here for at least 2 years, in total disrepair, windows broken, tires flat, full of junk, and stuff for people have pulled out lying all around. They attract unwanted activities. Sorry if this is duplicate report, could not find first post, not sure if I did it. Picture is of shed someone has been going through, not the owner. Next to cars
  • 1025 16th Ave N Saint Petersburg, FL, 33704, USA - Euclid-St Paul Neighborhood Association
Construction Workers have removed neighbor's fence to construct a pool on a neighboring new residence and thrown all the debris (dirt, concrete and old fencing) directly into the neighbor's yard with zero respect for their property. The affected neighbor spends months out of the country so is unaware that his property is being abused by Green Street Homes, LLC (the developer) and subcontractors/construction crew.

  • 2100 14th St N Saint Petersburg, Florida - Euclid-St Paul Neighborhood Association
The sidewalk floods very easily and backs up into the yard. It is a concern for hurricane/rainy season, plus alot of people walk on the sidewalks here and they are forced to walk in the street on a relatively busy street when it rains.
  • 1095 18th Ave N. Saint Petersburg, Florida - Euclid-St Paul Neighborhood Association

The residents at the address are in the process of installing a pool. For the past 10 days or so, the sidewalk has been blocked by a 10 ft pile of dirt, covered with two fence panels. Yesterday, more work began, and now more than half the length of the sidewalk on that block is impassable due to construction debris, pallets of pavers, and other materials. Some of which is now spilling into the street. It is unsightly, unkempt, dangerous, and un-neighborly.
One or two days would be understandable and acceptable. Two weeks or more is not.

Image is attached. More are available if needed.
    Thanks for looking into this.
