I ride 8-10 miles of Pinellas Point--Pink Streets--Bay Vista Park-Colony Point--Bahama Shores, etc everyday...These signs have shown up EVERYWHERE--there is at least one every block on every street in every neighborhood--they are too high for me to reach to get them down. I am CERTAIN this is illegal. Please remove them.
My neighbors at 6445 16th St. S. St. Petersburg 33705 moves in last summer and every since has consistently had all kinds of junk, building materials, and garbage stored in his yard as well as parking trucks and cars in his front yard. I also think they may be remodeling their home but I see no building permits posted in the window or doors. Please assist with this horrible eyesore.
There are numerous issues at the dog park in Lake Vista park this summer. There are large mud holes near the end of the concrete pad around the picnic tables. This is dangerous for the dogs--some of them dig in the holes and eat the mud. There may be parasites and fecal matter in the mud. The entire area must be filled in and new sod laid. A fence should be placed around the area until the sod is established. In addition there is fencing around the dog bath area which has been there for months and no repairs have been performed. Thank you!
The owners at 7118 8th street filled in the drainage for the neighborhood. Causing our street to not drain. A few years ago, the city came and graded the street to drain, Then the owners filled in the drainage area to add to there yard on what was the end of 8th street S. Now we all live with driving threw mud and parking our cars in water.
As far as I know the city did not do this work .
Located in front of property near homeowner's front fence. Tree is rotting. Arborist Lee Claxton recommends contacting city before removing. A branch has previously fallen from tree and landed on our fence.
Catamaran on a trailer parked on the grass in front of the house at
2900 68th Av. South.
Same issue was reported last year with different boat, yet no action taken by the city. This group home establishment continuously violates codes.
