Police have already tried to address this issue before because someone thought a dead body was rotting in their backyard. Not joking or exaggerating. It smells like dead bodies, faces, and trash in backyard. We can't go outside or have people over because neighbors are "composting" incorrectly. They are throwing rotting food in their yard. Another neighbor posted this same issue. Please help. Walk in the alley and try not to vomit.
Someone dumped a toilet in the alley next to the garbage can. I did call in for pick up and was told it would be picked up last week, but the toilet is still sitting in the alley next to the trash can. Please pick up the toilet, thanks, Dorene.
A Chevy Van (FL tag LMX T63 Exp 10-19) has been parked on this empty lot for over two weeks. It has not moved during that time. It is somewhat hidden by tree growth. The vehicle is unlocked and it may attract drifters and homeless people that frequent the area. Perhaps the vehicle stolen, abandoned or simply illegally parked. The property owner is a shell property investment/trust company with no clear public point of contact -- perhaps Thomas McCormick via Charles Rutenberg Realty at (727) 204-6427. The property owner has authorized unauthorized vehicles to be towed via A-1 Recovery (727) 323-8515.
there is a large flat bed tow truck that is parked there overnight. they also use this tow truck to bring different cars to the house daily to work on in the garage for what appears to be car paint and body repairs. the smell is horrible. there is a family with small kids in the house across the alley. When I am walking my dogs I notice that many of these cars do not appear to have tags on them.
