large pothole reported & acknowledged 2-1/2 months ago and still hasn't been repaired

Overgrown grass in rear of property. Front only partially cut. Will be high again by the time you come back out.

alley is becoming more narrow from overgrowth. There is a large rut on either side-caused damage to car when trying to reach my driveway. This alley has not been planed or trimmed for quite some time. I have done some of it myself but there is just too much. The ruts are very deep from dirt run-off and grass/weeds growing .Mattress still in alley for several months, Man with red pickup truck continues to dump mulch and other debris including a large pile of trash bags.
THIS IS THE ONLY ACCESS TO PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS ON 25TH AVE. PLEASE HELP US MAKE IT SAFE AND PASSABLE. THANK YOU.

Resident reported dead alligator in car tire.

There has been standing water on the north side of 26th Ave for many weeks now... much worse after it rains, but even when it doesn't rain after several days there is still water in the street. Please note the marker is in the approximate vicinity, but I'm sure they will see it when they get there.

Large rut in the alley next to this property.

Property is overgrown with hedges in front yard and trees in rear yard. Untreated plywood on exterior of window. These are ongoing complaints that Codes have decided not to follow up on. Or in some cases Codes closes the complaint when no compliance and reopens another one months later of the same issue with no compliance to the violations. This property needs attention for the blight that it creates for neighborhood.
