as per ur lighting code 16.40.070.1 light pollution, glare and 16.40.070.4 light glare trespassing on abutting property This property has two led bright lights that glare onto and into my back windows at night If I open my blinds it shines onto the front wall inside my home. I have tried to block it by adding more taller plants on my back fence but doesn't block it. I have complained before only to have him install a brighter light

This case has a long history. It has been going on for 3 plus years since 8-3-2015.. The owner has been to the city and received a warning from legal. After a while they just go back to their bad ways.
This is a case - 15-00029393 - that has much history and yet the owner continues to park in the yard between the fence and the sidewalk. Here is a picture that was taken on Saturday. A car and a truck. Also case # 15-00011105. Per that case on 10-29-2015, done by jwmccart, owner went before legal at city and defendant received a lecture about parking on the grass from Heather in Legal and Judge at court. "Case should be monitored by investigator and Heather stated that she will reasses row vs yp if it happens again."
This issue has been marked as a duplicate of issue 2105236. Same owner of property these 3 years and continues to park in front yard between fence and sidewalk. Please inspect property after 5pm and on weekends. That is when most violations occur. Thank You!

Sidewalk and entryway to alley is damaged and broken creating a hazard for pedestrians walking and possible damage to vehicles going in and out of alleyway

Over grown bushes restrict view of traffic. Vechicles have to basically be in the road to turn onto 28th st. Several times nearly hit by traffic traveling south. Bushes create a block from seeing traffic moving towards you.

Vacant/abandoned house with overgrown lawn, neglected property.

A young couple have been living in a shed attached to 2035 3rd Ave N for over 2yrs, it has no waste facilities or water. The mother of the male in the shed lives in and owns the house... we have tolerated all kinds of animals in the back, many cats, a dog, rats, pet birds, ducks... they are all hoarders picking up junk, broken items left for the sanitation dept to pick up... however they just throw it on the ground throughout the yard. Now, a homeless woman, the mother of the female partner that lives in the shack is now living in a gazebo in the back yard ..the smell of feces and urine permeate the air. Feces and urine are being dumped on the dumpster in the alley behind their house. The house has attracted rats, mice, raccoons, opposssum. Additionally, the stray cats they bring in continue to have kittens.

I attempted to call this violation in, however, the city employee that answered the phone was obviously having a bad day. I would be fired on the spot for speaking to someone the way she spoke to me.

This property owner's overgrown vegetation in their front yard, side yard and back alley driveway area is creeping onto my property. I have vines growing up and over my back fence, tall grass growing through my fence onto my property, tall grass laying over onto my property in the front yard and tree limbs (dropping large acorn-type fruit on my back patio) hanging over my back fence that are about to start touching my roof and gutters. I've lived in my property for over a year and this homeowner's lack of yard maintenance has been going on for over a year. I have seen code enforcement at this property before and nothing seems to get done. After reading St. Petersburg Yard Maintenance Standards, I am under the belief that this homeowner is in violation of city Code 1992, § 16.40.060.3.1.

    Hello...

Although we are very grateful for your coming out the day after we reported the issues, nothing has been done for almost 2 months now. Please, let us know if this is something that you can do as our home will be showcased for a fundraiser for the new SPCA Veterinary Center on 5th Avenue North on September 6th. This will be an event attended by both the Mayor and Vice Mayor as well as media and dignitaries.

I am the owner of the property and are doing everything possible to make sure our home is seen under the finest light. You may reach me via my mobile number which is 813-244-6907. I am respectfully asking so that if other arrangements need to be made, we can do so in a timely manner.

    Thank you so much.
    Frank Clemente
