    as per ur lighting code 16.40.070.1 light pollution, glare and 16.40.070.4 light glare trespassing on abutting property This property has two led bright lights that glare onto and into my back windows at night If I open my blinds it shines onto the front wall inside my home. I have tried to block it by adding more taller plants on my back fence but doesn't block it. I have complained before only to have him install a brighter light

    This is a sinkhole about 3 feet in diameter at the surface but easily twice that about 2-3 feet down. The present paved road surface is providing a large overhang that makes the hole looks smaller than it is. This is dangerous. Also, It is preventing traffic from passing through the alley.

    I am on the corner of 2600 9TH AVE N and 26TH Street N next to the high school football field. 26TH ST N is one way because of the school traffic. My driveway backs out onto 26TH St N. Everyday numerous cars turn off of 9TH AVE N and go the wrong way on 26TH ST N. I have almost been hit backing out of my driveway on numerous occasions not expecting anyone coming the wrong way. I think it is because you can not see the one way arrows painted on the street because they are very worn and the one-way signs are not easily seen when turning off 9th Ave N. The asphalt street is very cracked and broken up. And, one other thing, some years ago a utility contractor must have trenched the road at the foot of my driveway and now the storm water and mud collects at the foot of my driveway because the road was apparently not repaired correctly after the utility work. Maybe resurfacing the short section of 26TH ST N from the school to 9TH AVE would correct the drainage problem and new one-way indicators may help with the dangerous one-way traffic.

    I notified Aerial Banners Inc at Whitted Airport on 5/5/17 of the constant (every 15 min) of their plane flying directly over my house at low altitude. This is extremely obtrusive, loud excessive and stressful. This company suffered from a plane crash on 9/5/14. Not only is this dangerous it also lowers the property values in my home and my neighborhood. There needs to be a city ordinance preventing planes from constantly flying over residential areas for long periods of time. Aerial Banners is now more directly flying over my house since i complained. This is malicious on the part of the company. They can very easily change/vary their routes to reduce the constant loud noise from the low flying plane.

    This case has a long history. It has been going on for 3 plus years since 8-3-2015.. The owner has been to the city and received a warning from legal. After a while they just go back to their bad ways.
    This is a case - 15-00029393 - that has much history and yet the owner continues to park in the yard between the fence and the sidewalk. Here is a picture that was taken on Saturday. A car and a truck. Also case # 15-00011105. Per that case on 10-29-2015, done by jwmccart, owner went before legal at city and defendant received a lecture about parking on the grass from Heather in Legal and Judge at court. "Case should be monitored by investigator and Heather stated that she will reasses row vs yp if it happens again."
    This issue has been marked as a duplicate of issue 2105236. Same owner of property these 3 years and continues to park in front yard between fence and sidewalk. Please inspect property after 5pm and on weekends. That is when most violations occur. Thank You!
