Please don't fine Huey Lewis and the News or Ribfest for going 6 minutes over. They already had to cut the headliner set short for bands that ran late. However, how did those massive dumpsters end up on Bayshore again? It creates noise all night and morning as the park is cleaned for the next day ( beeping and light flashing trucks and banging Garbage drops instead of sleep... is an eyesore... and rodent/flies/mosquito attractor for the Vinoy Place. It is bad enough that the long row of ports-Johns and their loud, slapping doors line the street nearest residents. Why can't these massive dumpsters be placed closer to Northshore Pool away from the residents?
I am writing about the sidewalk that runs along the pond on 13th avenue north between 37th street and 38th street. There are sandspurs growing out onto the sidewalk once again. Also, the trash inside the trash inside the pond needs to be cleaned out. People drive by and toss bags of garbage into the water. I commented once about the sandspurs and they were removed pretty quickly but I also wondered why that pond area can't be kept as nice as its' cousin across the street. Lake Jorgensen. I was told that the condominiums kept the grass around lake Jorgensen looking good. That isn't true. The largest area of ground on 13th avenue north at lake Jorgensen is kept up by the city. And kept up nicely in comparison to the dumpy cousin across the road.
as you exit the interstate ramp getting ready for the intersection at 5th Avenue North, the ramp has at least 3 snipe signs - not political - but snipe - junk cars, stucco - we buy houses. Thanks for removing.
