Hello, my concern is with Roser park Drive. The city does a great job maintaining the park, but not the rest of Roser Park. The streets are covered in dirt and weeds in and around all the new sidewalks and bricks. There is trash against the nice walls. This is a photo opportunity street with photographers visiting daily taking photos of couples in wedding gear to prom dresses and parents making Christmas cards. Yet the streets are unkept. Please please come and clean this beautiful street and not just once, but maintain it's beauty. It's a jewel of the city. Let's show it off to the world. Today alone there were multiple couples taking holiday photos.
This is another property owned by the neighborhood slumlord. It has a huge amount of vegetation growing over the fence, which is collapsing into the alley. There is a small retaining wall that is falling apart - loose stones, holes, etc. There are stray cats hiding in the garage. It's a complete mess. There is a revolving door of people here, like it's being rented out short term.
Graveyard on 9th st S and 11th Ave S is in significant need of basic maintenance. There are large downed branches and dead trees needing removal. Also the grass in the graveyard and along the 11th ave frontage require attention.
The walkways surrounding the cemetery are not maintained. Leaves, dead brush and trash cover the pavement and the easement. Today I picked up 5 large bags of trash but feel it is the responsibility of the cemetery to take care of this property. At the very least they should maintain clear walkways.

I had reported this Issue ID: 4159166 some of the pot holes were filled (thank you). However, there are still more potholes & id really should be resurfaced. See pictures (#1 & #4 for resurfacing) to follow
There is a repeat offender of dumping trash and large furniture items in the alley behind 810 9th avenue south. Just a few days ago the community service officer and sanitation dept . came out and cleared out a bunch of stuff and now it's full again. They stated that if it continues they may put in cameras. I believe this is a great idea as there is already another load full and they were just here.
Illegal Dumping. We just cleaned this spot 5 days ago and someone is at it again! We really hope they will install cameras on this alley way as there has been talk of it didn't stop, sanitation might put cameras in to catch the offenders.
