    You’ve had months to clean the bottoms of this creek while it was empty because of construction. If my property gets damaged because the city refuses to clean out the dirt I’m going to be very upset. This dirt has been piling up for years and years. It’s need to be removed. The city is pumping in all rain water into this creek but refuses to maintain it. This water is damaging my property and flooding my garages. Your fault. PLEASE REMOVE THE DIRT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THIS CREEK. ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

    The light on pole 718 in the interior left rear corner of Crisp Park is not functioning properly. The bulb needs to be replaced, it constantly goes on and off leaving a dangerous dark corner in the park and the adjoining homes yards. Please remedy this problem so the light is fixed and stay on properly in the dark. Thank you!

    There has been a large boat w/cabin docked permanently on the south side of the Grandview Park Boat Ramp for weeks. Vagrants are living on the boat ...then moving to City Pavilion .
    They own a large dog who also lives with them under the city owned pavilion and illegally moored boat. Please DO SOMETHING about the obvious HOMELESS taking over GRANDVIEW PARK!

    From the location of this home up Delaware Ave Ne towards Overlook constant blocked storm gutters from non edged yards causing problems. Also in front of 1728 Delaware there is a tree stump that is growing into gutter and causing improper draining. This gutter had always been a problem on this street.

    Large 18 wheeler ran over the stop sign at the corner of Jasmine Terrace South and 8th Street South this morning at 6:30am. ONCE AGAIN we have an issue with traffic driving over the sidewalk and lawn at this corner. While the sign has miraculously already been replaced, the underlying / on-going issue remains unaddressed. When is the City finally going to address this problem? This alley needs to be made One-Way, and large vehicles need to be prohibited. This is a matter of public safety. I am getting sick of reporting this issue (which ordinarily involved damage to my own property). What is being done? I am on the verge of retaining a lawyer.

    Fence along property is falling apart as well as garbage/ debris coming out from the bottom. Trees are overgrowing the property and there is a blue tarp up hiding the view of the property. This property has been cited several times and yet nothing is ever done, yet the codes enforcer clears the property as acceptable. A warranty for entry should be completed for the safety of the properties surrounding it.
