This property is vacant, owned by a bank. They evicted the tenants a month ago. The tenants continue to come back. They have broken several windows on the property. This vacant house needs to be secured immediately!
Resident is accumulating a junk pile in his yard for all to see. It's ridiculous that people are allowed to create such an eye sore in their front yard for all to stare at. How is st Pete supposed to be a beautiful city of when we drive down our roads and are subjected to other people's junk piles. Would be a different story if it was temporary thing but he's had this pile or bigger sitting in plain site for over 4 months now with zero actions from the city and little or no effort from him to rectify the problem
This address has yard clutter, boat, broken go cart, junk all along side yard and front yard.
This has to be a hazard for the mail person and the 2 children that visit there at times .
It’s a mess and not a good look to fellow neighbors
We need another garbage can in the alley between 2nd Ave N and Burlington Ave between 52nd and 53rd St. you took one away several years ago and never returned it. As a result six houses are using one can which is full an hour after the truck empties it.
Renters have moved out and left all kinds of junk all over the yard area. This house should be looked at by code enforcement before the landlord gets someone else in there... it should be condememned, it's not a livable environment for anyone with children for sure.
Large sheet of glass was illegally dumped 6 weeks ago. This is the 3rd time I have posted it here (sanitation closed it the 1st time and i reopened it, then week later updated the post & it’s still not picked up. If it blows over & breaks, glass will be everywhere!
Please have it picked up!
