House at this location is Zoned single family only.
Yet it is a satellite Transitional House / Sober Living under the umbrella of A New Direction for Women & Men, Inc, who's CEO is Pam Dixon and this location is in her name as a single family home to circumvent / get around the Zoning. They have another house at 2920 39th Ave N as well as in Violation of Single Family Housing ONLY !!! How & why is she allowed to get away with it ??? One other other locations on 66th St by Tyrone Mall was take away from her for multiple violations was taken away forcibly from AND,Inc. Additionally fraudulent Urind testing goes on at these house, that only those with Insurance are drug test and billed. Those without insurance are not drug tested. they do fraudulent billing to to their Residents Insurance providers Drugs are plentiful at these two location. This company covered up a crime, or rather obstructed an investigation by hiding and not allowing a resident to go outside because the police were parked outside. This house has been vacant for 4+years. The lawn/shrubs are overgrown, fence in disrepair, chimney stucco coming apart, large branch from oak tree is laying on the lawn, etc. It is an eyesore in the neighborhood. It is becoming an invitation to squallers! Maintenance of lawn/shrubs of this property is a must, this house is less than 10yrs old. Prompt attention is required at this time. Thank you!
Issue is ongoing but it seems you all need pictures for proof. Another neighboor reported reference Case 178235 but was told no cars there and they will follow up in May. With these pictures are hope now code can talk to the renters and advised them this is not allowed. A bicyclist almost hot hit yesterday when they back off the grass over the sidewalk and curbs. It also is an eye sore when 4 cars are on yard grass. This is an ongoing issue at 5pm and crazy yard parking on weekends. Like anybody else they can park on Jackson street. At least tell them and not ignore this problem.

This house has been turned in numerous times for this violation. House is in forclosure and these people could care less in they make the neighborhood look run down. Why can't you do something about this? Thats why the city has a legal dept for. Put them to work.
Yard parking...this house has 6 to 8 cars parked in front, on the lawn and parked on neighbor's lawns all the time. Is this a used car lot? If so, where's their license? If not, why are they allowed to park so many vehicles on their property (not to mention the backyard) and to encroach on neighbor's properties?
