The picture pretty well speaks for itself here. This is the worst case of junk pile up at a residential property I've ever seen... Like something out of a post-apocalyptic movie set. Eyesores like this destroy property values.
Bushes on the East side of this property, on the alley, are too high. When you are on the sidewalk walking East, you cannot see if a car is coming down the alley from the North nor can they see you. This is very dangerous.
There has been garbage (a sink among other things) that has been laying out, around and underneath the dumpster for weeks now. The Sanitation department keeps picking up the dumpster and laying it back down on the trash surrounding it. What is wrong with the sanitation driver? Can't he see this garbage laying there? And,does nothing about it? I know the people that put this garbage there should be responsible but they aren't. And, it's maddening that the sanitation truck driver doesn't take the initiative to get it cleaned up either!!!!!
Twelfth St N between 36th Ave N and 38th Ave N has too many deep potholes to count. This street needs to be paved or repacked. It’s so deteriorated not sure if it was paved. A visually impaired resident walks this street and it hazardous for him.
Recycle bins are too large to fit through gates so they can be put out of sights and still be useable. We do not need or want these eyesores sitting in front our houses until the city can come up with a reasonable solution such as alley pickup or smaller bins for those who do not have an alley.
Save-a -Lot shopping cart left by these idiots who thinks its ok to take shopping carts from store property. City needs to have a ordinance against this sort of litter. Then PD needs to ticket these people when they see them pushing them down sidewalks
