on sat 5/9 owner scott Pfeiffer poured a footer for his rental property at 1051 32 ave n cleaned out in alley (concrete visible in alley) now doing structural electrical and plumbing work without a permit put up fencing to hide work from city not the first time he has failed to pull permit
When is the city going to start taking action on these people. This house has been turned in numerous times for yard parking and yet they continue sticking their noses up at the city. Its time for codes to get a backbone and do something. Thats why we pay taxes....its time you do your job.
This house just sold and now there is a lot of construction going on, especially on the inside. The side windows on the house have been removed and filled. Front windows have been covered to hide the activity on the inside. There is no permit visible. Building inspector needs check this out.
light on all poles in alley only stay on for 20 minutes, then go off for another 20 minutes; I thought they are suppose to stay on continuously from dusk to dawn? Please notify Duke Energy or their subcontractor. Thank you,
