The owner indicated that the city is responsible for maintaining the alley, however it is the responsibility of the home owner to keep vegetation clear of the alley. Please have the owner keep the alley clear.
After 7 (!!) messages on the last request, the city trash detective coming out, and sanitation assuring the problem was resolved nothing was done, and the pile in the alley continues to grow larger . Illegal dumping a large problem. PLEASE take care of.
4 tires next to dumpster. This was originally reported on 1/23/21 and closed by Sanitation 13 on 2/1/21. The tires have never moved. They are still there. Please pick them up. If someone is unable to find them, any of the neighbors would be willing to assist. Thank you.
Has anyone noticed the city run landscaping has been in complete disrepair? Especially along 40th Ave. All previous landscape vegetation is mostly dead and just weeds are in there place. Not to mention all the NEW PALM trees that where planted near down town along I275 a couple years ago. 50% are dead and dying and the flower beds are nothing but trash and weeds. I wonder how much money was spent by the city to plant all those? To let them all die and go to waste is such a shame.
The back area of my lawn (and all of my neighbor's lawns) has a slight dip in elevation and it fills with rainwater every time there is a storm. Due to the flooding, grass won't grow and it remains muddy and wet. It is almost continuously wet from rainfall June-September as there is no drainage. Unsurprisingly, there is a bad mosquito problem.
