    1815 2nd St S in St Petersburg. Owner is gone quite often and leaves 3 dogs (1 is a puppy) on porch for up to 12 hours. This happens often. They have acces to house but not yard. Where do they go to bathroom? Do they have food + water? Constant barking and aggressive behavior when you walk past gate and fence. They consistently get loose and run the neighborhood.

    Two large vehicles constantly parked at alley exit which block view of traffic moving south, creating a dangerous situation. I've had several close calls with both cars and pedestrians when trying to drive out of the alley (very slowly).

    What in the world is going on with this property? The inside contents are spilling outside into the alleyway. The doorway does not even have a door on it, so anyone can walk on in (except for the landslide of personal belongings blocking the exitway into the alley). I don't believe this is safe if someone wants to get out. Junk is scattered around the rear property, and it appears like the items get picked through by peoples passing by. The home really is crumbling.

    Dogs bark all day, on and off. Now has puppy--owner gone for 10+ hrs at a time. Dogs sit on porch and bark at all sounds. Where do they poop and pee ? Can't get to yard? Check inside; smells v bad. Dogs get out and run. Owner yells curse words and chases--no wonder they run! Drags dogs back and YELLS f**k at them. V aggressive dogs when u walk by. Try to jump fence. Many roommates have left bc of her treatment of dogs.

    Many dogs off leash in Lassing Park this morning which included a group of 5 dogs. This has become a problem when owners have several dogs unleashed having the run of the park. This puts other dogs, dog owners and park visitors at risk. All dogs must be under control as per city ordinance and this is not being observed. Another point is that its impossible to have waste properly picked up with multiple dogs.
