    Appears to be operating an auto repair business (hot rods)out of the house. This also creates a lot of loud traffic inherent with these types of vehicles.

    Between 128 and 134 20th Ave S (two houses next door to each other), the sidewalk transitions from hex blocks to concrete. There are two dangerous rough areas near the seam, that are not well lit by the streetlights.

    The attached photo shows the concrete section, where a seam sticks up about an inch and is hard to notice even in the daylight.

    Last night an older woman coming to our house tripped on this dangerous section, and fell and hurt her knee.

    About a foot west of that seam in the concrete is a hex block section, where the blocks are jumbled and stick up about two inches.

    We'd appreciate it if you could repair this section of the public sidewalk as soon as possible, as it's a danger to pedestrians, especially at night. We have many older friends and relatives who visit, and want them to be safe.

    Hello, The recycling truck ran into one and completely ran over another of the palm trees planted in the back of 235 19th Avenue SE. I planted the trees to prevent people from driving close to the house and the gas meter.

    The ditch at 22nd Ave., Southeast reeks and caused me to dry heave. Also, the grass on the south side of the ditch has not been cleaned out or trimmed back in almost a year.

    The crosswalk signal at 18th Avenue and 4th Street is inoperative on the east side almost all the time. It is a serious public safety hazard in that folks on the west side push the button, see their flasher working but when crossing the street may nearly be run down by oncoming traffic in the east lane because the signal is out, like my wife and I this morning. This has been reported before, and the signal has worked for a day or so, either because of luck or City action, probably the former as I am sure the City would have fixed it, if it observed it not working. Occasionally it still works for a few hours; I think when it is raining, but who knows? If City inspectors find it working, have them check it everyday until it doesn't. As an engineer, I know it is hard to fix something if it is working at the time you are there. Thanks for your assistance.

    Double parking by vehicles in street. Bicyclists need to use on coming traffic lane. Unsafe situation.
