He said she punished her dog (Marley?) so severely that the dog almost bit her, alleging she's teaching the dog to be aggressive. Dogs are often left unattended on back porch or in yard. Owner and owner's mother have tested dogs very harshly in the past, verbally and physically. Male roommate said he wouldn't stand for owner's treatment of dogs. -
