    There is an older blue rusted Jeep parked on the street across from this address. It has been there for at least 3 years without being driven. I believe it belongs to the 2 story house it is parked in front of. I know that this has been reported before and the owner moved it (pushed?) a few feet to avoid having it towed. It is not driven and it has probably been parked longer, this is a conservative estimate. As this neighborhood is mostly on street parking, no driveways, this vehicle is a nuisance.

    Fire hazard in shared storage area of multiple dwelling unit which is directly under 2 apartments. There is woodworking heavy power equipment, improper wiring, storage of volatile liquids (gasoline, varnish etc), and flammable clutter. The tenant(s) in Apt W has installed and uses this equipment, and is responsible for the clutter, flammable liquids and jerry-rigged wiring.
    Other code violations include: dangerous external stair case (wood rot), and termite infestation. The software only allows me to load one image; I can send others

    People at this address were trying to sell this sofa on the neighborhood website, but with no takers, they put it in the alley behind their house. It has been there for several weeks. This is typical behavior at this address. Please let them know they need to call for a pickup when they have large items to dispose of.

    There are trees and vines hanging all over the pole and electric utility and cable lines behind my duplex. The pole itself is in the neighboring yard (address listed) as well as the issues with trees and vines. I do not want this to become an emergency fix when our power or internet go out. Please help.
