The alley that goes North and South in between 20th ave and 21st ave South and in between 3rd and 4th street south has been getting constantly worse with major potholes and very uneven roads. It looks like this has been patched sometime before but did not fix the issue. There is water and trash consistently being held in the holes, and again, it has gotten much worse very quickly and seems like it will continue to do so. People already speed through this alley have heard many people bottom out.
