Very large deep depression has formed where sewer covers are in the street. This issue has been reported numerous times and has not been fixed. This is an accident waiting to happen as the depression startles unsuspecting drivers causing them to swerve. This issue needs to be fixed before someone gets hurt or the city gets sued for not maintaining the road..
Well, the half-attempted fix of patching the deep-rooted issues from the original stormwater facilities installation is failing. Congrats to the City staff in charge! It took multiple complaints for a year to get a fix that lasted less. I am just glad we're getting those bike lanes and spending money on 9th, instead of fixing these continuous actual problems. Please find more competent staff to be in charge and find some money to repair all the garbage work between the 38th and 22nd avenues along 28th st... even what was paved is failing due to substandard work. Every now and then I'll see City staff standing around and scratching their head, looking at the inlet, only to be gone after couple of hours, never to be seen actually fixing the problem.
This is a duplex rental complex along with the address of the other building 2538. Cars are parking all over the yard between buildings instead of the parking area. at nights and weekends, the place looks like a car lot. Place has been reported before for same violation
House is listed for sale. Seller dumped and spread gravel all over the front yard this past week and is advertising it as additional parking. I did not think a front yard could be completely graveled nor did I think you could make your whole front yard a place to park. Advertised as a parking pad with gravel kick turn in multiple listing number U8025490.
Owner at 2862 24th Ave N St. Petersburg, FL 33713, has converted their SFR one-unit home to an illegally converted 3-unit multi-family home with long and short-term rentals ongoing for past few years. They still show a homestead exemption on this property as recent as 2017 while continuing to rent out this home. The main issue is the illegal conversion to 3-unit home with entrances at the front of house and on each side of the house. I have witnessed over couple of years constant tenants coming and going by accessing the house on the sides of the house through separate entrances.
Depression, sagging asphalt/pothole. reported for years now, had one fix that couldn't push a 6-month mark. did resurfacing around the intersection, but didn't reconstruct the actual problem. now i saw that one of the reports was closed for being too old, without fixing the problem... i don't know what's funnier that that...
