This corner store needs to clean up the constant trash that is behind their establishment. The trash can is constantly over flowing and homeless are constantly drinking behind the store. Is there a way to enforce that the garbage can be kept behind a fence or that the back be fenced off so the homeless will leave? The trash is littering multiple houses in the neighborhood due to the trash that the store and the homeless leave around.
Due to the Wawas that has gone in north of 85th Ave and 4th Street, a bunch of south bound traffic pass up the light to conveniently turn into the wawas and go to this intersection to make a u-turn. They usually are not aware right turn traffic has the right of way and I’ve nearly been taken out at least a half dozen times by impatient u-turn traffic. Even when I’m there long before a person gets into this intersection they never take notice of the traffic turning right out of the neighborhood. I’ve lived in this area for close to 14 years and have never had this issue until the wawas went in. I think a sign needs to be posted on 4th street at this intersection indicating u-turns must yield to right turn traffic. Thank you.
Several months ago the city has been out and placed bait boxes. I have bated and re-bated bait boxes every day for the past month, all with no improvement. Pest control professionals ensure me that the problem can’t be fixed without removing the nesting opportunity. The side yards of this property are stacked 6’ deep with junk. These rats are regularly chewing through my window screens.
