There is a hole from my driveway side underneath the concrete curbside . It appears that the street support base maybe is or has collapsed under the asphalt. The asphalt is showing stress lines from in front 325 and 351 Avenue NE driveways.
A fiber optic cable maybe required to checkout the erosion depth & width.
Due to the Wawas that has gone in north of 85th Ave and 4th Street, a bunch of south bound traffic pass up the light to conveniently turn into the wawas and go to this intersection to make a u-turn. They usually are not aware right turn traffic has the right of way and I’ve nearly been taken out at least a half dozen times by impatient u-turn traffic. Even when I’m there long before a person gets into this intersection they never take notice of the traffic turning right out of the neighborhood. I’ve lived in this area for close to 14 years and have never had this issue until the wawas went in. I think a sign needs to be posted on 4th street at this intersection indicating u-turns must yield to right turn traffic. Thank you.
The containers have been stored at curbside 24 by 7 for the last 18 months. The owners have a pickup pad along the curb so not to block their driveway on the collection dates but now is used as pickup and storage.
This corner store needs to clean up the constant trash that is behind their establishment. The trash can is constantly over flowing and homeless are constantly drinking behind the store. Is there a way to enforce that the garbage can be kept behind a fence or that the back be fenced off so the homeless will leave? The trash is littering multiple houses in the neighborhood due to the trash that the store and the homeless leave around.
Commercial Trailer has been parked out front of this residence and has not been moved or used for months. It should have to be placed behind the home and out of the front yard especially not on a paved surface.
I just came across a crew installing a new, superfluous lighted intersection only THREE BLOCKS from another that neighborhoods on both sides of 4th have easy access to. 4th street backs up bad enough without an unnecessary light! I don't recall notice to vote on this. TAKE THIS EXTRA WASTE OF TAX DOLLARS AND OUR TIME DOWN.
Several months ago the city has been out and placed bait boxes. I have bated and re-bated bait boxes every day for the past month, all with no improvement. Pest control professionals ensure me that the problem can’t be fixed without removing the nesting opportunity. The side yards of this property are stacked 6’ deep with junk. These rats are regularly chewing through my window screens.
Property is currently uninhabited. Vegetation becoming overgrown and unruly. Abandoned (?)/inoperable vehicle in rear of property. Boat trailers being stored in rear of un-fenced property; becoming a public nuisance.
