The seawall behind this house is collapsing and has progressively deteriorated over the past month. The wall has collapsed in two large sections, and part of the corner wall has fallen into Tampa Bay. This represents a safety hazard as well as an environmental hazard. Additionally, this creates a concern for the neighbor that has an adjoining seawall.
This site is in constant state of disrepair the grounds are never taken care of, construction materials are constantly blowing throughout the neighborhood and the work on the house and going on for months. The contractor shows up for a couple days and then we don't see him for a couple weeks
This was previously reported on a dry day (so only die to sprinkler related standing water) - this is what it looks like after some rain. A drain or connection to nearby drain is needed here.. This is probably a Zeka issue too.
