Another power pole in poor condition in Tropical Shores.
Per CSR to Mike Fredricks in Traffic - Neighborhood Association for Tropical Shores is requesting that the Yield Sign heading East on 22nd Ave SE be changed to a Stop Sign.
Concrete curb is cracked and damaged in several different places. Loose dirt kept clogging the street gutter leading to standing water.
The manhole cover over the drain is not on the hole and will not go over it. It is a HUGE safety hazard and also has a smell.
House is unoccupied and has been under construction for 6 months. Work is done very infrequently; contractors only seem to show up one day for 2-3 weeks at a time. This is the first house you see when you come into Tropical Shores.
Once again the grass on the south side of Lassing Park is not being cut. I watched the worker that comes with smaller mower cut everywhere except around this side of park
Over grown vegetation, gutters are blocked. Over hanging limbs and dangerous branches are falling
The yard is overgrown and there is a homeless person sleeping on the front porch
Fourth request no response yet.
This storm drain is completely covered
Caller reported tree fell from address and is partially blocking roadway - no contact info given
