We are paying a our taxes just like everybody else; why our roads are cracked and neglected, why weeds are taking over all our sidewalks and curbs? instead of spending $6 million on the pier art work, attend to your taxpayers concerns and complaints.thanks
Called a few years ago and Susan Fuchs came out and looked at the street curb and said it would be repaired. I still have the door hanger she left, but nothing has been done? Here is a picture of the curb. So far 3 people have tripped and fell in the street trying to get out of their car (the street is narrow and when cars, or trucks are parked on both sides it quite difficult to get out of your vehicle and keep your footing on this cracked and sunken curbing)
Many of Yacht Club Estates’ hydrants look like this—rusted. This is an example of how our 20 regular fire hydrants & one reclaimed water hydrant in the 1100 block of 79th St. S, in the median, look. They were painted several years ago, but living on the water takes its toll.
A few (like the one at 8001 13th Ave S.) have been painted due to other maintenance/repair work. Thank you!
House at 7946 9th Ave S is being rented out for weekends and less than a week at a time. They owner purchased the house to flip -- hasn't gone well for him.
The result is we have people in and out, large groups partying and around the neighborhood at night, sometimes drunk. My wife and I are elderly and have Caregivers that stay with us 24 - 7; they get frightened! I reported this some two weeks ago but nothing seems to have happened! A new group is moving in at the momment with boat, truck, cars and a number of people. Please look after immediately -- this is my second request.

The garbage truck spilled oil along it's path this morning leaving extra oil at each stop including the stop sign. This will drain to the Bay as soon as it rains. See 12th Ave, 80th St Ct, and 81st St S.
