    There are (at least) three people living in Arroyo Viejo park by the bridge that crosses over the creek at the back of the park. This is not sustainable. Please find a way to relocate these individuals to a place that can support them. The picture shows the accumulation of debris near one of their encampments- some of this will inevitably end up in the creek. And it is unclear what they are doing for for essential bodily functions since there are no bathrooms nearby.

    This stoplight continues to be a problem and backs up traffic consistently. People are running the light and going around traffic to get through the backup. It is unsafe and a menace. People are also parking in the bus lanes which are not in use at the moment.

    The light needs to be reprogrammed and/or removed. It lasts excessively long and there is no reason for it to be in this location.
