  • 411 W Madison St Lansing Charter Township, MI 48906, USA - Lansing
300 block of Madison between Seymour & Walnut, 50' section is impassable.
  • Princeton Ave Lansing, MI - Lansing
Despite what our state government thinks, Lansing needs a ban on unsafe, fire starting, exploding noisy fireworks. Done.
  • Lansing River Trail Lansing, Michigan - Lansing
These bollards on either side of one of the bridges on the River Trail headed towards Scotts' Woods just south of Mt. Hope Rd. need some reflective material added as people might run into them in low light. Don't understand why these bollards are even necessary.
  • 128 North Holmes Street Lansing, Michigan - Lansing
The curb cuts on Jerome at this corner of N. Holmes make for a dangerous path for bicyclists using Jerome heading East - West to avoid Michigan Ave. Please add a more bike-friendly curb cut that allows bikes to move through here so they don't have to come to an almost complete stop to pass through here.
  • 1624 James St Lansing, Michigan - Lansing
For almost 2 years 1624 James St., 1 block west of the Golden Harvest, has had renters that have trashed the neighborhood, destroyed the property and have ruined this beautiful area of Old Town, Lansing. Neighbors have continually contacted City of Lansing Code Enforcement, City Hall, Mayor Bernero, Lansing City Police, the Slum Lord and we still have to deal with the trash, garbage, vermin, LOUD cursing adults, unsupervised children. Home owners in this area are BEGGING THE CITY OF LANSING to please condemn this house and evict these tenants. I do not know one city official who would allow this mess in their neighborhood.
  • 1624 James St Lansing, Michigan - Lansing
garbage on front porch, back porch, in yard, in garage, in house, on sidewalk. Garage door broken and hanging with graffiti sprayed on it. When there is an issue with bed bug furniture, parking or children the mess is moved one house down the street to 1616 James. Same people appear to live in both rentals 1624 & 1616 James. The condition of these 2 properties is ruining our neighborhood. NEIGHBORHOOD WOULD LIKE LANSING CITY CODE COMPLIANCE OFFICERS TO INSPECT THESE HOMES. This has gone on for over a year with no assistance from the landlord at either property. Neighborhood is unsafe because of these 2 homes. Constant traffic, garbage, neglected children, loud and aggressive tenants, bed bugs and vermin. Possible drug trafficking. Please evict these tenants and condemn these 2 unsafe properties. Landlord does nothing to assist neighbors who have contacted him.
  • 1127 Dakin Lansing, Michigan - Lansing
Weeds and grass in back yard are waist high entire yard needs attention
  • 900 N Walnut St Lansing, MI - Lansing
Traffic light at oakland and walnut is out. Most drivers aren't stopping ala 4 way stop fashion so be very careful. North of here there are downed power lines and tree limbs N of Kilborn on walnut st.
  • 428 Beaver St. Lansing, Michigan - Lansing
Rental house w/ tenants who continually leave couches, old carpet mounds, moldy furniture & garbage overflowing on their porch, side yard, front yard & sidewalk. There was a dirty carpet mound out front for at least 2 months & this couch/porch garbage issue has been going on for over a week.
  • Ceasar Chavez (E.Grand River) And Turner Lansing, Michigan - Lansing
This is a major issue for Old Town traffic. The holes in the road created by the tracks has created some serious problems with traffic. People slow way down or swerve to outside of lane to avoid tire impact. Is there anything the city can do about this or put pressure on the rail owner?
  • Lansing River Trail Lansing, Michigan - Lansing
Huge washout / pothole on the River Trail just after crossing a bridge (west side). Very dangerous. Had a caution barrel by for much of last year; no barrel or anything warning people now.

2094-2108 East Mount Hope Avenue Lansing, Michigan - Lansing
East Mt Hope is one massive pothole. How is it possible that the city/state is doing absolutely NOTHING about this mess!! I want to know what plans are being made to fix it. Or are we going to continue to run down our cars on these roads. The state of the roads in Lansing in general (especially Michigan Avenue leading up to the Capitol) is an embarrassment to the state legislators & to MSU. I want to hear from them!
