    There are destructive raccoons on our street. They have torn holes in the roof next door (2911 11th St.) and the roofer let us know that there were 2 places on our roof that the raccoons had created. We fixed it ourselves, but our concern is that it's related to the people nearby who leave cat food out for the large feral cat population that's become a problem and that was recently reported on 13th. St. N. (2 blocks away). We have seen the raccoons travel through our property every night for a while, but I'm concerned about their new destructiveness. They actually broke the wood under the roof felt.

    There is a large pothole at the entrance on 12th that fills with water and stays all day when it rains or the immediate neighbors irrigate. The sewer cap is half exposed and there's a large pothole behind 1185 23rd. The mud puddles are numerous and our garage is constantly being sprayed with rocks as people happily race through. The cut throughs are getting worse, like our alley is a street since the speed humps arrived on 23rd.
    Please Please Please see if we can get bladed asap.

    On going issue with overgrowth vegetation and the shed is breeding mosquitos and has been rain saturated and open for 2years. Backyard fence is no longer locked and gate was open partial to get this photo from alley grass front and backyard high. The owner listed is either no longer alive or in a nursing home and if the bank owns the property why is this a problem?? This is abandoned property since her step grandson died 4 years ago. Plywood also on front door which is code but not even acknowledged on last visit. Please address open shed, front door plywood and the ongoing high grass issue. Mosquitos are very high in this area. You will be swarmed.

    Property flipper has erected a new fence that encapsulates property removing all access to city sewer and duke energy easement. There is perhaps a 12” space remaining between their new fence and the properties immediately to the south for access to the sewer clean outs. A duke energy pole with transformer resides in that limited space as well. Concerned for safety reasons.
