Notified About

  • 1068 23rd Ave N St. Petersburg, FL 33704, USA - Greater Woodlawn Neighborhood Association
During and after big down pours the street between 10th and 11th floods so bad that the water goes into any car parked in front of my house and several other houses. We have had this problem many many times and are just fed up. Some neighbors want to make a driveway to protect their cars but the city will not allow them any longer. This is a major problem. During large storms the water comes up over our lawn too!

  • 1110 25th Avenue North Saint Petersburg, Florida - Greater Woodlawn Neighborhood Association

Neighbor has wooden privacy fencing across front yard (with no street numbers visible for emergency vehicles). They removed sections of the fence weeks ago and have not replaced them. Now they have placed a 4x4 board against the street curb to allow them to drive up across the sidewalk into the opening and illegally park on the front yard.

Issue was reported by the clickfix map as the wrong address the map chose 1132 when clicking on the 1110 house. Issue is really at 1110 and the 1132 should be removed.

  • 1019 25th Avenue N Saint Petersburg, Florida - Greater Woodlawn Neighborhood Association
The owner of this rental property continues to allow his tenants to put large furniture, household goods, dangerous items, and other discarded trash on the back property of his neighbor at 1010 26th Ave N, by the alleyway. He does not instruct them on how to properly discard their trash and recyclables with the city. Leaving dangerous discarded items has caused problems for traffic and neighbors living at surrounding homes.

The feral cats in our neighborhood are out of control. I came home to 4 fresh piles of cat feces today and they are digging up my yard trying to cover it. I have pictures I can provide.

Once again the alley has several potholes and is just dirt. Why is this one of the few allies in Woodlawn not paved?

6ft tall fence's picture of bushes is completely faded and flapping in the wind. Only a matter of time before it blows into traffic. Fence is already against code max height, time to go.

6 sections of the sidewalk are a mess--the address has done a lot of construction and their trucks ruined the side walk --can n to roll our stroller thru the cracks
  • 2905 13th St N St. Petersburg, FL 33704, USA - Greater Woodlawn Neighborhood Association
Our neighbor across the street continues to feed the large (and growing) population of feral cats in our neighborhood. These cats then come over to my property and do their business in my yard and flower beds. There are currently 3 large piles of cat feces in my front yard alone. That does not include the piles in the yard between the street and sidewalk. This has gone on for years now and I'm tired of it. My address is 2905 13th St and it is the woman who lives across from me who feeds these cats.
