    Neighbor has wooden privacy fencing across front yard (with no street numbers visible for emergency vehicles). They removed sections of the fence weeks ago and have not replaced them. Now they have placed a 4x4 board against the street curb to allow them to drive up across the sidewalk into the opening and illegally park on the front yard.

    We put our recycling out on the appropriate day for the holiday week (wed instead of Thur) but it was not picked up. Our neighbors along 10th Street N all had the same issue.

    The lighted school zone sign at approximately this location is blocked by an overgrown bush blocking view of what the flashing yellow light is even for.

    Hello,

    Our city owned greenspace/park has been destroyed due to the moving of the gas lines. Trucks and heavy equipment have used the grassy area for parking and not the once lush landscape is dead and mostly dirt. Our neighborhood uses this area and now it has become unusable. Please replace the grass that has been destroyed.

    They cleared the alley between the carwash and the house, but did not clear the overgrowth on the alley running parallel to 23rd Ave.
    If you drive the entire alley, a number of new owners on 24th Ave N have not mowed or cleaned up the alley side of their properties (1010,1024 & 1032) and have been dumping rugs and furniture alongside the dumpsters to be rained on. Rather then clean up, the folks at 1024 have taken to shoving the dumpster into the paved alley making it difficult to drive through.
