VERY LARGE AND DANGEROUS POTHOLE/UNEVEN PAVEMENT, approximate location behind 1366 Meridian Pl NW in the alley between Meridian and Oak streets. It's not really a pothole so much as it is a big bump with a steep dropoff, which is worst on the side of the alley closest to 14th street. Caused such severe damage that my car had to be towed after driving over it at no more than 5 mph. Makes the alley impassable. Please repair ASAP.

At the corner of 15th St. and Irving, the south west corner, there is a temporary tripod easel that has been set up and locked to a street sign. The actual sign doesn't appear to be there anymore, but the tripod easel is still there, and has now fallen over, is obscured by a bush, and is a danger to the community. I just saw an elderly woman trip over it, fly to the pavement, bruise herself with bloodied wounds and her groceries were strewn all over the sidewalk. I myself have tripped over it three times. This is a danger to the community, please remove it right away and please be sure that the person who has irresponsibly left this for many weeks without a purpose explains why to their superior.
