There is an access lot that goes to the pond next to my property. I have for 25 years kept up with mowing and trimming the trees. I can no longer keep up with the trimming and feel the county should take care of their property. What do I have to do to get someone out to take care of this?
They have cleaned out the ditch along Indra rd. a few weeks ago and now have put Bahia sod in this very shallow ditch that in the 26 yrs. I have lived here has never had grass or sod. It is just solid limestone under this sod and will be no way to get a mower in to maintain it.
Alligator Creek runs behind my home on Nocturne Road. The creek and the weeds along side the creek have not been cleared in well over a year and are quite high. This impedes the flow of water in the creek and we are in the middle of hurricane season. The county used to come through about 2 times a year to cut and maintain the creek bed and sides. Why hasn't it been done and when is this scheduled to be done? Thank you.
We have a ditch in the front of our house that is on the county right of way. I have maintained it over the years. The Neighbors on both sides and down the street have piping for their ditch. Could the county install piping in the place of the ditch?
I am hoping the City can require the owner of the Jacaranda Plaza strip center on the corner of US41 and Shamrock (LA Fitness/Bonefish Grill) to fix the giant potholes adjacent to the street. They create a major traffic hazard as vehicles going NE on Shamrock turn left into the center, in front of oncoming traffic, then stop in the middle of Shamrock when they see the pot holes, trying to navigate a way into the center. There are multiple potholes, one of which is over 5 feet long That's a yardstick in the photo, not a ruler. Thanks.
