373 Ellsworth Ave New Haven, CT, 06511, USA - Beaver Hills
My neighbors on both the south (373 Ellsworth) and the east (Norton St) deposit trash on their properties, including couches, refrigerators, and open containers, that collect water and serve as breeding ground for mosquitos. Last summer we had an incredible infestation of mosquitos, so severe that it was impossible to be outside most of the summer, and I'm afraid it will be the same this summer. I have talked with the owners but they are unconcerned. Is there anything that can be done?
  • 459 Ellsworth New Haven, CT - Beaver Hills

The resident has an unsightly hamburger stand or lunch counter that is a commercial vehicle parked on a residential property and it is unregistered. This resident must Park this vehicle out of sight or in a commercial vehicle storage area where it belongs. The housing code does not authorize unregistered commercial vehicles to be parked in a residential driveway for all neighbors to have to look uat.

Not only is this still an issue, somehow this issue was removed from the seeclickfix site before it was ever even acknowledged by LCI. I don't think that is fair to the neighbors who have to see this monstrosity everyday and somehow the resident kniws someone who can help them remove the improper condition from this site without being held accountable to correct this condition.

Bob seems to think it's OK to litter new haven with his pop-up advertising. Please give him a ring at 203-903-4090 and let him know how you feel!
  • 59 Eldert Street New Haven, Connecticut - Edgewood
Used condoms scattered about Eldert St, between Hubinger and West Park. Popular area for prostitutes to bring their customers. They leave the used condoms, filled with potentially infectious body fluids on curbs. Please install biohazard containers or stop the activity. I called and reported suspicious vehicles. Police never arrive or follow up.
  • 379 Whalley Ave New Haven CT 06511, United States - Beaver Hills
I was at the store shortly before closing time and saw lack of mask enforcement. One customer walked in without a mask to shop and nobody asked her to put one on or provide documentation as to why she couldn't. Also some employees had their masks lowered down as well.
  • 250 Crescent St New Haven, CT 06511, USA - Beaver Hills
there are several dead trees and brush along side Crescent at the bend near Roger White Dr. Some are encroaching the bike lane, not to mention being highly unsightly. please clean it up.
  • 135 Bellevue Rd New Haven, Connecticut - Beaver Hills
There are parts of dead birds and rodents around a back garage and also on our property. This is due to the 3rd round of kittens born to feral cats living in that back garage. The owner is oblivious to this!
  • 315 Norton St New Haven, Connecticut - Beaver Hills
Hilarious, SCF blocked the content of my last report about the precious dirtbikers, who are apparently now being protected?? Fascinating how I am censored on this site.
  • 198-284 West Park Avenue New Haven, Connecticut - Edgewood
West park Ave needs to be swept for construction debris after work on whalley Ave.
Large bolt stuck in tire from where construction vehicles were parked.
See attached photo. This was from SAT 12/17/2016
  • 324 Goffe Street New Haven, Connecticut - Dixwell
When heading north on Goffe, traffic is always backed up at the intersection with Sherman due to people trying to turn left onto Sherman. Goffe is wide enough here to put in a left turn lane. This may provide room for others to get around left turners this reducing traffic congestion and improving traffic flow.
  • 453 Ellsworth Avenue New Haven, Connecticut - Beaver Hills
The porch on the building at 453 Ellsworth is collapsing. The building has been vacant for a number of years, and is owned by the State of CT. It was formerly a DMR Group Home for many years.
  • Traffic/Road Safety Acknowledged
825 Elm Street New Haven, Connecticut - Edgewood
Piles of leaves in the road on Elm Street between Norton and Boulevard. They were blown into the road by workmen for the landlord who owns many of the similarly-painted houses there, instead of being bagged and removed. They're piled along the sides of the road and are blocking the storm drains, causing the roadways to flood. This is a safety hazard and needs to be addressed asap.
