There are several abandoned policed cars parking on the 6th floor leaking a substantial amount of oil. The oil spill spreads day by day. The first good rain is going to flush all that oil into the bay.
The former Silver Tree business is unoccupied and has become dilapidated. Partly boarded up (susceptible to graffiti), some glass is cracked, ripped paper taped up to the glass, and the entryway is filthy and reeks of urine. Landlord should be directed to clean, repair, and beautify this storefront while it is unoccupied.

Hello and thank you for this service. About 3-4 days ago this vehicle was parked on Encinal at Fernside. It is a Dolphin RV. There were 2-3 males in the back and at least 2 others came along that I saw and parked and sat in their vehicle for a while before coming to the RV. I believe they are all staying at 3259 Encinal. There are multiple vehicles. I Have another picture of another vehicle that appears to have the back of his dark colored truck loaded to capacity. Parking and sleeping in their vehicles is very scary to me. Thank you for your time.
Cars line up and block both driveways in the morning. Despite the Alameda police issueing tickets the cars still block the driveways. Can we get to lines between the driveways that say :" KEEP CLEAR" This way the cars will be less likely to block the driveways.
Please note there are Preschools on each driveway and it would not be good to have the kids crossing where the cars are driving.

Trespassing at the back side of the Del Monte warehouse. trespassers are either squeezing through fence or hopping over the top. Some neighbors have had packages stolen and have video of people loitering around their homes around 4am. There is also a new boat that just appeared in the basin, the other one that was illegally docked there for 3-4 months just left a couple weeks ago.
Some one has yet AGAIN cut the fence creating an opening to the Jane Sweeney/Alameda Beltline. This was just recently repaired and most of the piles of garbage was removed from the beltline. Now the fence is cut again and things are piling up. I'm wondering if there is not a better way of securing the fence with something this person is not able to cut through. In addition, there remains for some time now a very large homemade shelter in the field and this may be the reason for someone continuing to cut the fence.
