All of the street lamps (bulbs) on the estuary side of Fernside Blvd between Cambridge and Versailles are out. There are at least 3 street lamps here.

One street lamp on the corner of Harvard & Windsor is also out. This is one of the dimmer, old-style street lamps.

Graffiti all over the road and parking area for skate park. FYSA all the striping first parking was done by volunteers a few years ago and it is all ruined by graffiti and by people doing donuts with their cars in the parking lot.

What is the policy or regulation on how close a resident can plant and grow a large tree next to a power pole? I'm just wondering what the ramifications will be if the tree's roots wrap around the power pole, or if the trunk of the tree grows into the power pole and incorporates it into it's trunk.
