3100 54th Ave S Saint Petersburg 33712, United States - Greater Pinellas Point Civic Association

    Bottlenecking/cut offs.

Since the road splits before the Turn Right ONLY lane, people are cutting off others to get into a straight lane. This causes a lot of cutting off and bottle necking. Endangering others who have moved into the right lane. The road should merge properly instead of cutting off into a right turn only lane. People even sit in the turn lane and will cut people off when the light turns green. Occurs daily. The design is a failure. Have a video, can’t post on here. Only accepts pictures.

  • 2199 Serpentine Cir S Saint Petersburg, FL, 33712, USA - Greater Pinellas Point Civic Association
The owner of 2199 Serpentine Circle South has obstructed the public’s use of a perpetual City pedestrian easement that is supposed to provide access to Tampa Bay at the intersection of Serpentine and Blossom Way South. The obstructions include a metal fence, densely planted vegetation and a concrete block wall, all of which are located in the easement and make it all but impossible for the public to safely walk to the water (Tampa Bay). This can be plainly seen by standing in the city right of way, which is contiguous with the pedestrian easement
