There is a pile of garbage bags that were sitting a the curb for last 2 -3 weeks, the pile keeps growing. MULTIPLE issues of the Code violations were reported for last year for this location. All these reports were submitted by different people and supported with NUMEROUS pictures. The same inspector was assign to investigate these cases, but no actions were taken. Can you please send someone who REALLY cares?
They must be back!! Cars parked on the grass again at the "Group house" run by "Sail Future". Hello city code enforcement! How many complains do you need to fine them? Same story for the last two plus years!
This pothole developed after the recent rains a couple of weeks ago. It is in the bicycle lane right on the curve where 4th Street South turns into Pinellas Point Drive South. It is deeper than it looks, and a lot of cyclists have hit it already. Please repair asap.
This home is being rented on a regular basis as if a Hotel. City code stipulates rentals must be at least 90 days. This home is in clear violation of this, renting for a week or so at a time. Constant flow of new vacation renters. This home has been operating this way for years. It's out of control and needs to be addressed. It's listed on the Homeaway website with the reviews indicating when they stayed, offering proof of short dates in violation of City code. https://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p234974 This has been brought to the city's attention previously, when is this going to stop and be enforced? As a nearby resident, I shouldn't have to put up with this' hotel' environment!
I ride 8-10 miles of Pinellas Point--Pink Streets--Bay Vista Park-Colony Point--Bahama Shores, etc everyday...These signs have shown up EVERYWHERE--there is at least one every block on every street in every neighborhood--they are too high for me to reach to get them down. I am CERTAIN this is illegal. Please remove them.
This mound of unsightly garbage has been growing since the renters recently vacated the property. I believe the home owner is in the process of emptying the house, but he needs to rent a dumpster or call the city NOW for a trash pickup.
